Loving What Is: Four Questions That Can Change Your Life

"Loving What Is" is the title of Byron Katie's 2003 self-help instruction manual and, this Friday, I will head across country to spend 10 days trying to figure out how to do just that.  I'm attending her 10 day "School for the Work" in hopes that I can refocus on what is truly important in my life.

I have no idea what to expect.  I'm a little anxious since, for 10 days and 9 nights, I'm going to be forced to share a cramped hotel room with a total stranger.  Yikes!  This is the only thing that really scares me.  My friends are all worried that I'm going to come back brainwashed, but I'm worried more about whether I'm going to return with all my jewelry and laptop!

Anyway, I can't wait to share my journey with you.  I hope that you learn a little bit about yourself in the process.  In the meantime, I'm off to read this darn book!  Stay tuned!  I'll tell you more about how I got here shortly.
